OUR STORY

We build conviction,
not just models.

iAastha was founded on a simple but stubborn belief: data and AI only create value when the people closest to the work actually trust and use them.

01 — FROM CONVICTION TO SCALE

The industry was obsessed with accuracy. We became obsessed with adoption.

We started from a conviction formed by watching enterprise AI programmes stall — not because the models were bad, but because the last mile was never engineered.

That single shift in perspective became our north star. However much we grow, we still measure ourselves by the standard we set on day one:

"Did the decision actually change?"

02 — THE JOURNEY

Where the work
has actually taken us.

Not a founding myth. These are engagements, in the order they ran, each one linked to the case study it comes from.

2017

A capability proven in public, not in a deck

Research-led proofs of concept for BotSupply, built to a standard where they could be presented at tech events across the Nordic region. The feature was showcased, BotSupply raised $120k, and the work took the Danish AI IBM Award.

BOTSUPPLY — THE CASE STUDY
FOUR YEARS

From proof of concept to the whole backend

The BotSupply engagement widened into complete backend engineering — a no-code builder on a dockerised platform, 99% uptime against SLA, AI models released with zero downtime. It ran over four years, through a funding squeeze, to the acquisition by XtendOps USA.

BOTSUPPLY — THE CASE STUDY
2023

A payments platform in 25 days

AirBills needed a B2B utility platform able to carry $1 million in daily transactions, inside 30 days. Frontend, backend engine and API integrations landed in 25 — designed against the transaction ceiling rather than the launch date.

AIRBILLS — THE CASE STUDY
2024

From $0 ARR to EBITDA-positive

We took on the operations capability as well as the product, removing roughly USD 28,000 a month of manual work. AirBills reached product-market fit, and tracked toward break-even by the end of the year at $6 million ARR.

NOW

Our own products, held to the same bar

IIRS, Decision OS, Market Moves and OutPost are built the way client work is: a verdict arrives with its evidence attached, and a gap that cannot be closed stays visible rather than being quietly filled in.

03 — WHAT WE STAND FOR

Three convictions that
guide everything.

Conviction over consensus

We don't chase the answer that makes everyone comfortable. We chase the answer that holds up when real money and real careers are on the line.

Adoption over accuracy

A model that sits on a shelf at 94% accuracy is worth less than a model at 82% that planners actually open every Tuesday morning.

Engineering over theater

We care about the unsexy parts: governance, explainability, handoff protocols, change management. That's where conviction lives or dies.

04 — OUR CULTURE

How we work together.

We hire for intellectual honesty and ship for impact. Deliberately anti-hierarchical, relentlessly pro-ownership.

C·1
Radical ownership

Every engagement has a single accountable partner who stays with the client from kickoff to value realization — and beyond.

C·2
Debate, then commit

We argue fiercely in the room. Once a decision is made, everyone rows in the same direction. No passive resistance.

C·3
Craft over scale

We grow deliberately. Every new practitioner goes through a rigorous conviction bootcamp before they touch client work.

C·4
Client intimacy

We embed deeply. Our teams often sit inside client offices for months. We measure success by how invisible we eventually become.

FAQ

More about iAastha.

What makes iAastha different from other data & AI consultancies?

We optimize for adoption over accuracy. A model at 82% that planners open every Tuesday morning beats a model at 94% that sits on a shelf, so we invest in the unglamorous parts — governance, explainability, handoff protocols, change management. We measure ourselves by one question: did the decision actually change?

What are your core values?

Three convictions guide the work: conviction over consensus, adoption over accuracy, and engineering over theater. We chase the answer that holds up when real money and real careers are on the line, not the one that makes everyone comfortable.

How does iAastha work with clients?

Every engagement has a single accountable partner who stays from kickoff through value realization. Teams often embed inside client offices for months, and we measure success by how invisible we eventually become — the goal is a capability you own, not a dependency on us.
