You open the door and you shape what walks through it. That means sourcing the right accounts, getting to the person whose problem is real, and framing a first engagement that is small enough to start and big enough to matter.
What you’ll own
- Pipeline for the region — sourcing, qualification, and the discipline to disqualify early.
- The first framing of a client’s problem, working with the delivery leads who will have to honour it.
- Partnerships and the ecosystem work that makes the first conversation warmer.
- Your own numbers, honestly reported, including the ones that are not moving.
What we look for
- Track record opening enterprise accounts in data, AI, or technology services.
- Enough technical literacy to hold a credible conversation about what is hard and what is not — and to refuse a promise we cannot keep.
- A network in the region, and the patience to build the part of it you do not have yet.
- Comfort working closely with engineers rather than handing off to them.
Where you’ll sit
New York, with travel across the region as accounts require.
